How many push-ups could you do right now without stopping? Here's the number to shoot for...
The Mayo Clinic posted guidelines for how many push-ups men and women should be able to do at various ages, from age 25 to 65. Being healthy is also about diet, cardio, and lifestyle choices.
But if you can do this many push-ups, they say it's a sign you're at least in "good" shape...
- 25 years old: 20 push-ups for women, and 28 for men
- 35 years old: 19 (women) and 21 (men)
- 45 years old: 14 for women and 16 for men
- 55 years old: 10 (women) and 12 (men)
- 65 years old: 10 for both women and men
