TikTok's newest fitness trend called the "Hot Girl Walk" is going viral and it's not that hard at all!
Thanks to TikToker exactlyliketheothergirls, who started sharing her success with the "routine," a TON of people are now going on four-mile walks and getting to know themselves better.
All you have to do is go on a four-mile walk, but according to TikTok you are only allowed to think about three things: what you’re grateful for, how hot you are and things you want to achieve.
Apparently the walk was "designed for people to look within while getting some fresh air" and we stand by having an hour or so to yourself free of all the stress!
