Last Man Standing may still be standing despite ABC canceling the Tim Allen sitcom last month.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, CMT is in talks to possibly revive the series for a seventh season and is trying to figure out if it can afford the show's production costs.
Meanwhile, Deadline adds that cast members have yet to be approached about extending their contracts, which expire in two weeks.
After the show was canceled in May, Allen tweeted, "Stunned and blindsided by the network I called home for six years."
ABC has said it canceled the series not because of low ratings, but because it decided to no longer air comedies on Friday nights.
CMT likewise picked up the country-music drama Nashville after ABC axed it in May 2016.
