Do you have a hard time reading your own handwriting? You’re not alone. A new survey by pen company BIC found that nearly half of Americans admit to not being able to read their own handwriting. And 70 percent said struggling to read a co-worker’s handwriting is a challenge they often face in the workplace. Nearly 25 percent of those surveyed admit that they would be terrified if they had to write on a board for a meeting in front of their co-workers.

According to the survey, these are the most common things that are misread:

  1. Shopping lists
  2. Notes to co-workers
  3. Birthday cards
  4. Thank you notes

But even though handwriting is an issue for a lot of people, 86 percent of people say they still write things down as their main way of staying organized. (NY Post)

Rock-a-bye, baby … You know that gently rocking a baby helps them fall asleep at night, and now a new study has found that adults can benefit from a little rocking as well. Researchers found that participants who slept in a bed that swayed gently back and forth slept much better than those who slept in a bed that stayed perfectly still. (Yahoo
