Two teenagers from Kemmerer, Wyo. were killed in a car crash on Saturday afternoon.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol reports that 18-yr-old Moeniqa Produit and 13-yr-old Michelle Allen both died at the scene of the crash on U.S. Highway 20/26 about 50 miles west of Casper.

Sgt. Stephen Townsend reports that Produit was driving a 2002 Buick Lesabre westbound when she came upon a pickup truck pulling a horse trailer that was jackknifed and blocking part of the road. Produit slowed, but the road was partly ice covered, and she lost control of the vehicle. The car crossed the center line and was hit by an eastbound Toyota Tundra.
