On Friday Wyoming Representative Cynthia Lummis joined a bipartisan majority of the U.S. House to pass H.R. 3811 – The Health Exchange Security and Transparency Act. By a total of 291-122, the House voted to require the Department of Health and Human Services to share any health exchange security breaches with the victims whose personal information is compromised. This warning allows victims to react and to stem any damages that follow the information theft.
